Returns & Exchanges

At CV Linens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor purchases; if you are not, we accept returns on new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items like clearance products, custom orders, and used linens are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and within the 30-day return window to qualify for a refund.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them to our designated warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
